Fernando, its owner, has years of experience In the field of hostelry and specifically in the mixology. In fact 10 years ago he opened El Ciclista, a very popular cocktail bar in Barcelona, designed based on recycled bicycles.
Now its success comes to Ibiza thanks to La Santa, a striking space that preserves the aesthetics of Ibizan architecture, combining it with Andean ethnic influences and with references to the world of mixology.
To offer unique cocktails, Fernando works with current trends, maps of tastes and senses that will guide you to order your custom drink. A compass rose, like a compass, indicates the direction of flavors on the surface of your tongue, blending subtle pleasures such as smoky, sweet, sour, salty, and briny notes, as well as vodkas, rums, tequilas, and mezcals. How to get to
