After winning the first prize in the public vote category in the first edition of DtapasxIbzThe Ibiza restaurant is now taking its gastronomic offering to FITUR, the International Tourism Fair, one of the sector's major showcases at a national and international level.
The award came thanks to a cover that perfectly summarizes the REMO style: technique, local product and a modern look without losing the essenceThe winning proposal was a Pig's trotter croquette with gambusi tartare and sea fennela bite that combines tradition and sophisticationwith that "very Ibiza" touch that elevates the simple to something memorable. Furthermore, the preparation includes a a nod to Balearic culture through the collection of ingredients and artisanal pickling, reinforcing the link with the territory.
The presence at FITUR not only represents a boost for the restaurant, but also for the promotion of Ibizan cuisine, highlighting the gastronomic identity of the island: creativity, sustainability, roots and local produce as an essential part of the Ibiza travel experience.
